The service

mindtwin.social connects people who ask similar questions and lets them chat. Contact: ask@mindtwin.social.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18. You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email safe.

Your behaviour

Be kind. Don't harass, threaten, deceive or spam anyone. Don't post hate, sexual content involving minors, or other people's private data. Don't try to get around the limits, moderation or blocks, and don't scrape the service.

Don't meet strangers without taking normal care. Other users are not verified, and we don't check what they tell you.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You allow us to store, show, translate and process it so the service can work, including showing your questions to people who ask something similar.

AI features

Summaries, suggested messages, translations and moderation are created by AI and can be wrong. Check a suggested message before you send it. Nothing on the service is medical, legal, financial or crisis advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. In Europe, that is 112.

Moderation

We may hide content, limit features or close accounts that break these terms. You can block or report anyone at any time.

Characters and challenges

Characters and challenges are for fun, have no monetary value and can change over time.

Availability and liability

The service is new and may change, pause or stop. To the extent the law allows, it is provided as is, and we are not responsible for what other users say or do. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Me.

Law

These terms are governed by European Union law and the applicable national law. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
